Terry Goddard was elected to his third full term on the CAWCD Board of Directors on November 7, 2024, to represent Maricopa County until December 31, 2030. Mr. Goddard also previously served as a member of the CAWCD Board from 2001-2002. He is currently serving his second term as Board President, and previously served as Board Vice President.

Terry is an attorney with Goddard Law Office PLC. He served as Mayor of Phoenix from 1984-1990 and as Arizona Attorney General from 2003-2011. Terry earned a BA from Harvard and a law degree from Arizona State University College of Law.

Terry was born in Tucson, Arizona. He and his wife, Monica, have one son. Terry enjoys hiking, gardening and teaching.
